Anxiety is an emotional disorder that is your body’s natural response to stress. It can manifest physical symptoms such as sweating and shaking.   • Genetics – Anxiety can run into the family as it can also be a hereditary problem
  • Excessive stress – Individuals with high-stress jobs thrive on pressure. The uncertainty of outcomes can make them worry about little things which pile up and cause distress due to anxiety

Tips to Overcome Anxiety

Some conscious decisions regarding implementing better lifestyle changes can certainly help you to effectively deal with anxiety.

1. Wake Up Early and Exercise

Exercising can have a profound impact on your physiological and psychological health. Some simple aerobic exercises such as morning walks, brisk walking, cycling, running, and dancing, can drop anxiety levels. During exercise, your brain releases endorphin hormones in your body that make you feel revitalized and energized. It takes away your anxiety and stress.

2. Stay Socially Active

Do not isolate yourself, instead put yourself out there. Understand that everybody is battling their own life problems and nobody is perfectly happy. Your fear of being judged will keep you caged in your thoughts, so let go of your fears and do some fun activities that make you happy. Surround yourself with people that genuinely care about you.

4. Give Up Alcohol, Smoking, and Drugs
